Remote Event Case Study

The Knowledge Transfer Network
The Knowledge Transfer Network broadcast their physical events regularly to an established live audience on YouTube. When Covid-19 meant these events were no longer viable, they needed a way of delivering their content in the same clear, professional manner.
Visair were able to bring event participants in remotely via zoom and apply the same visual enhancements and style as their usual webcasts. Enabling the KTN to continue broadcasting events on their YouTube channel meant they could reach their audience where they're already engaged and familiar. Removing barriers to registration and joining, mitigating caps on guest numbers, avoiding security issues and letting viewers watch on-demand plus rewind and pause in their own time, all contribute to a much better user experience.
Live streaming not only improved event attendance and interaction, but ultimately, the KTN have been able to maintain their high standards and professionalism whilst delivering events entirely remotely.
The events have been really well received internally as well as by the delegates. The wider reach we are getting is great too - almost 100 more people joining live than actually registered for the first event.
